HomeoMate is committed to processing personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable laws of India.
The subscribing clinic acts as the Data Fiduciary for all patient and clinic information entered into HomeoMate and is responsible for ensuring that appropriate notice and consent have been obtained from patients, where required by applicable law.
VSquare Soft, as the provider of HomeoMate, processes personal data solely on behalf of the subscribing clinic for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, and supporting the HomeoMate platform. We process personal data only as instructed by the subscribing clinic or as required by applicable law.
HomeoMate implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. Access to patient information is restricted to authorized clinic personnel based on their assigned roles and responsibilities.
Any request relating to access, correction, or deletion of patient information should be directed to the respective clinic. VSquare Soft will assist the subscribing clinic in fulfilling its obligations under the DPDP Act where applicable.
By using HomeoMate, the subscribing clinic acknowledges its responsibility to comply with the DPDP Act, including obtaining any necessary patient consent, maintaining accurate records, protecting personal data, and ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to the platform.
