These Terms & Conditions govern the use of HomeoMate by subscribing clinics and their authorized personnel.

By accessing or using HomeoMate, the subscribing clinic agrees to comply with these Terms.

2. About HomeoMate

HomeoMate is a cloud-based Practice Management System designed specifically for homeopathy clinics.

The platform includes features such as:

  • Patient Registration
  • Constitutional Case Management
  • Medical Records
  • Prescription Management
  • Follow-up Tracking
  • Billing & Payment Management
  • Reports & Analytics
  • Multi-Doctor and Multi-Clinic Support

Features may be modified or enhanced from time to time.

3. Eligibility

HomeoMate is intended solely for licensed healthcare clinics and authorized healthcare personnel.

Only individuals authorized by the subscribing clinic may access the platform.

4. Authorized Users

The subscribing clinic is responsible for:

  • Creating and managing staff accounts.
  • Assigning appropriate user roles and permissions.
  • Ensuring login credentials remain confidential.
  • Disabling accounts of staff who leave the organization.
  • Monitoring the use of the platform within their organization.

The clinic is responsible for all activities performed using accounts created under its subscription.

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to HomeoMate is provided under a subscription model.

Subscription fees:

  • Must be paid in advance.
  • Are subject to applicable taxes.
  • May be revised with prior notice.

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Clinic Responsibilities

The subscribing clinic agrees to:

  • Obtain all required patient consents.
  • Maintain accurate patient records.
  • Ensure only authorized personnel access HomeoMate.
  • Protect login credentials.
  • Comply with applicable healthcare and data protection laws.
  • Use HomeoMate only for legitimate clinical and administrative purposes.

7. Data Ownership

All patient information, clinic records, documents, prescriptions, and reports entered into HomeoMate remain the exclusive property of the subscribing clinic.

VSquare Soft does not claim ownership of any customer data.

8. Intellectual Property

HomeoMate, including its software, source code, trademarks, designs, documentation, and related materials, is the intellectual property of VSquare Soft.

No part of the platform may be copied, modified, reverse engineered, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.

9. Medical Disclaimer

HomeoMate is a practice management software platform.

It does not diagnose medical conditions, recommend treatments, prescribe medicines, or replace the professional judgment of qualified healthcare practitioners.

All clinical decisions remain solely the responsibility of the treating healthcare professional.

10. Acceptable Use

The subscribing clinic and its authorized users shall not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful code.
  • Interfere with platform security or performance.
  • Use HomeoMate for unlawful activities.
  • Share user credentials with unauthorized individuals.

11. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted availability, HomeoMate may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VSquare Soft shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities.
  • Data loss resulting from misuse of the platform.
  • Clinical or medical decisions made by healthcare professionals.
  • Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

13. Suspension or Termination

VSquare Soft reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated.
  • Subscription fees remain unpaid.
  • The platform is used unlawfully.
  • Continued access poses a security risk.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from the use of HomeoMate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.

15. Changes to Terms

VSquare Soft may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of HomeoMate after such revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
